Iam running Vittoria Terreno Dry 622x40 at the moment, quite like them but I was thinking once they wear out i will get something bit wider but with less thread in the middle. WTB Byway in 700x44 or 700x40 should do the job? iam riding lots of road and smooth gravel/dirt roads but occasionally go thru forests with muddy parts and rougher terrain.
does anyone know how true to size they are? iam running dt swiss r500db rims with 22mm internal with -

There it is. my new rig after his first propper shakedown ride. rides really solid. love the walmer bars and the smaller gears with the grx drivetrain in front (46/30) now also i can climb some mountains

Order those [https://de.aliexpress.com/item/4000086565712.html a couple weeks ago, came 4 days earlier as expected. quality is fine, plastic looks and feels a bit cheaper then the original, but the polarized lens is actually polarized. came with everything as pictured, really happy so far

Iam kinda looking into getting a (second hand) road bike and cannondales just look really good to me. I wanna do partly normal riding but also wanna do some more endurance-multi day-bikepacking rides. so synapse or a regular caad? what would you choose or/and recommend?
