Anyone into this vintage beauty? I love it but I’ve been gently encouraged to part with it owing to artistic differences..

I bought this a few years ago and had it fully serviced and rewired by Dualit. It’s a lovely toaster and easily serviceable - parts are cheap and easy to source online.

I’ve not had time to clean the metal finish on top, but it will come up really well with a gentle scourer.

£50 to a good home?

Hi everyone, I’ve got to part with this mattress and looking to move it quickly. Any interest for £50?

We have owned this mattress for about a year and a half but it has had approx 6 months of continuous use with a mattress protector and topper at all times - so little to no contact with the mattress.

The mattress is a Which? Best Buy scoring 72%.

Collection can be organised from London (SE8).
If you’re close and outside congestion zone I can drop it off. Ideally not planning on shipping, unless courier collects the mattress as is.

Nice..I’ll let you know how I get on with the espresso. Coffee, guitars and bikes makes for a dangerous trio of expensive hobbies..

Cheers, I’ll look at your suggestions. I think the classic is in need of a new screen, bottomless basket & naked filter so appreciate the suggestions. Also hoping to change the wand up, and considering pressure & PID mods. In need of a portafilter with a pressure gauge if you know where I can borrow one from!

I’m all about the aero too. Recently started using a prismo. It obviously doesn't produce espresso, but getting some nice results, particularly for stronger espresso style shots. It’s so easy to use so would highly recommend.

You’re right it does. Must be a typo as the Crono is only 50mm as far as I know. Looking forward to experimenting with my Gaggia classic. Tips welcome!

Said to have the same innards as the other machines in the mignon line up. Looks like a cracking price for what I understand is a highly rated grinder that can do espresso..

Hi all, I’m upgrading my espresso set up at home, so looking to part with these. They have been treated extremely well and had relatively light use. Both were stored away until recently when I got back into espresso.

I’ve just descaled, cleaned and added a new rubber seal to the Dualit group head, so good as new. It runs beautifully and makes excellent espresso.

The DeLonghi is also a great bit of kit and pairs well with this machine, offering a reasonable grind range, so you could use it for the Dualit, as well as pour over, French press etc.

I’ve recently spend about £40 on accessories, which I’ll include:

• Stainless steel tamper (51mm) with silicone tamping mat. This is a really good weight, great quality.
  
• DeLonghi portafilter (includes double shot basket). This is far better quality than the stock Dualit portafilter and fits perfectly.
  
• Spare rubber seal for Dualit
  
  

Original accessories included:

• Dualit portafilter
  
• Three coffee baskets and black plastic holder
