I did yes - sold the house since.
It did make financial sense to do reclaimed as it was £25/sqm delivered for 22mm x 123mm x 3.7m Junckers Silvasport Beech flooring. Same as some parts of the Tate I was told!
Fitted was £30/sqm and then sanding & lacquer was another £30.
Here is the house with the gym floor sanded off.

At just under £25 (LFGSS gets trade prices), you can get our Pole Position Brut Champagne, it's a non vintage made out of Meunier grapes only.
We were awarded a Decanter 2023 Silver Award and the tasting notes were as follows:
Pretty perfumed floral nuances on the nose, with aromas of red apple and cherry. Persistent mousse on the palate.Weblink here with more information:
https://lasseaux.com/en/product/pole-position-brut/Although I am now in Folkestone, I still come to London Bridge twice a week so can deliver in person - or post the bottles but that's £6 for up to a case of 6 bottles within the M25 & £12 outside the M25

With all rented property assets, there's a lot happening in the background with the owners / portfolio managers who want to maximise their returns.
All of this unrelated to the business run at ground floor.
That building (and the resi block to the left) has been doing the rounds in the planning / built environment consultancy world for about 10 years.

Hi all!
I am still alive and now living down in sunny Folkestone.
Not many bikes here in general and even less cargo bikes. As @Chalfie says, it certainly feels like I am leading the DFL gentrification (Down From London is what we're being called).
It all depends on your budget & how mobile you are.
Taxis to visit champagne houses outside Reims or Epernay are around 50€ each way - making it unviable for most.
The large Champagne houses have fantastic tours so we generally recommend to visit them. The cost of cellar visits have increased a lot recently, so expect to pay from 60€ & up for each visit with 2 samples.
For us, we do do visits, but they are more on the technical side - cellar & vineyard work - so they do not appeal to all.
If budget allows, I would recommend staying here:
