Just modified the GT a little bit.
Came back to my Time Fork, I think better looking than what Ihad before and mounted using InniCycles adapter. A bit of a faff to install, accompanied with lots of sanding, cutting, grinding and grunting, but eventually fitted.
Also @pop.zr Very nice! -

It was our tenth anniversary, and I've wanted a max bill for the longest time, but this version is one of my all time faves.
It's discrete enough to be an everyday watch, but classy enough to be worn in formal situation IMO.
We'll see how the glass fares, but I'm confident it'll be alright as it's Sapphire glass, and I probably won't wear it in situation where I'm likely to damage it.
I've had a Junkers knock-off that also has a domed glass (plexi) and I've only properly scratched once over a couple of years, but managed to polish it back to normal.@Stonehedge I've seen your Meister Chronoscope once in the flesh, and this picture doesn't do it justice; it's very pretty indeed.
It's going to be a Junghans year for me I think! -

Hi Hp93!
Thanks! That caught my eye on the way back from the docks/port photo (4th) as the light was really good and the red light were contrasting.
The new camera is a Sony Alpha 7 III with a Sigma 24-70mm 2.8. That combo is awesome!
I really like the DR and being able to take those without overthinking the settings too much...Anywyas, thanks!
Edit: That thread is so very good. Content is on point and I really like this page, it is strong!

I just bought some Juin Tech R1 (Hydro-Mech disc brakes) and they're much better than my Spyre-Cs as both pads move, not just one side as they did on the Spyre.
Also, it's a very easy swap and both pads and tension adjustment are super simple. It took me less than 20 minutes to swap and set both brakes.
So far, no issues, I'm genuinely chuffed with them. They're not too expensive on Amazon. -

Found this yesterday:
GT Edge 56cm NOS custom built by Henry JamesIt was posted @ £350 with £30 postage, but I think the seller didn't know it was a HJ custom build. I think several questions were asked, and he then added the picture for the Drop-outs and thus raised the price to a whopping £700 for BIN and Postage... I'm gutted.
It's a beauty though...
Seller also has a 4130 GT Force in 52cm... I'm really tempted
EDIT: New page fail, the Force has been posted a couple of days ago; same seller -

I'll give the Lithium grease a go and hope it helps. I found a couple things online that I can try. Basically, they're just low viscosity greases that are specced to make freehub quieter amongst other. I'll test and report back.
I don't think it's missing a seal, or at least hope not since I'm the first owner and haven't had to clean or service the freehub body yet...
Thanks for all the suggestions!

I saw that could be done with lithium grease, tried it and made very little difference. Plus, I'd rather avoid getting issues in the future or having to do it every 3 months when the grease "runs out".
I will try something else but I'm worried that a denser grease might prevent the ratchets not locking properly... -
Hi all, are there any particular standards when is come to freehub bodies, not on the spine side, but on the clickety ratcheting side?
I'm trying to find a quieter alternative to my Bombtrack rear hub that's just a bit too noisy and cannot find who the OEM the Hubs from. I'd rather avoid fidgeting with it before I know that I have no other options.
Alternatively, does anyone know what OEM Hub manufacturer Bombtrack usually use?
Thanks all!
I always struggle with painted Ti frames... I mean that much paint.
Also, Chainstays are on the thicker side, that's a bit meh, but change the saddle and rear cassette to something more matchy matchy with the tyres and it'd be alright I guess?
