Bricross "Lagonda 5" built in Banbury.
FREE to a good home - I originally got this frame on Freecycle.
Pick up SW14 near Pearson Cycles.
Approx 23" c-t-c
The LHS bottom bracket cup didn't come off easily - I haven't tried with any anger; but shouldn't be too much of an issue.
Any questions; ask, thanks.

Rode the 115km route this year with @tapsnbath having ridden the 205 a couple of years ago and the 75kms a few times.
They didn't open the road for the 115/75 at Pianella until 8.30am.... lots of gravel sections at 25%+ which were unrideable but beautiful hills and views!
-
Hi everyone!
tapsnbath and I are in a slighlty damp Gaiole but its all good... just driving past panzano and upto Radda on the way in was fantastic.
we are doing the 75kms again this year... but the bikes didn't arrive on the plane with us and are coming "tomorrow" :S
so we'll either be on a pink woodrup and a hetchins if they arrive in time or we might have to get new rides on Saturday.... I've always wanted the excuse to buy a bianchi...
Be great to have a beer or 2 - we'll be in town most of Friday/Sat/Sun.
-
So i rode the 205kms this year. Somewhat slower than @peter_v - chapeau sir.
Last 2 years we have ridden the 75kms which has been a lot of fun, taking in the wine and enjoying a relaxed ride (just tough enough I think), admiring bikes and meeting people.
Having spoken with a lot of people post their 205kms and seen some of the stravas I'm not going to say I underestimated it; but it was a long hard day in the saddle, a different kind of fun.
The hetchins held up well but even with adjusted gearing (40/23) the 4 speed didn't get me up all the hills but I was stoked when I made the cut off mid afternoon and was on roads I knew for the last few hours, knowing that I'd get to queue on the right hand side this year.
Hope to be back again to enjoy the sunshine - the weekend gets better and better every year and I hope that l'eroica Britannia has inspired the Italians even more.
And if course I made the classic(o) mistake of putting my bottle of wine in my hand luggage at Pisa, only to be relieved of it by an unsympathetic/non-cycling security... And wasn't able to be quite as smooth talking as @stedlocks - I'll drink it next time....
Bravo to the organisers yet again and it was great to see pros like Marianne Vos riding - although she was in the bar on Saturday afternoon I'm pretty sure she didn't have quite the number of beers we did!
-
Great to see friendly faces and an amazing Saturday as ever.
@tapsnbath is thinking about riding the 38km rather than the 135km in which case I'll be riding the 205kms...
@tapsnbath on the pink woodrup, me on the black hetchins.
More beers/chianti after?!
-
@tapsnbath and I are staying at the usual hotel (thanks for the recommendation a few years back). We'd definitely be up for a spin on the Saturday.
Probably doing the 135kms as long as there is no epic rain on the day.
-
@Dossco, great @tapsnbath and I will be there Thursday night.
Looking forward to this even more than usual!
-
@tapsnbath and I will be making cider up in oxford on the 13th unfortunately.
Been looking forward to this for a long time though - definitely up for the next one - have a good one!
-
Email them.
They were really good at getting back to @tapsnbath about hers.

...and the results of the lottery are in...
Good luck everyone! Whichever way looking forward to seeing you all there in October.
I'm building up a hetchins at the moment and @tapsnbath has just got a rather nice delivery back from Argos.
Probably doing the 135k route this year but 205 is tempting.

I think the crowd funding record is about £1.8m so they have raised the biggest ever round at £1.9m... Has to be good pr?
I'd agree with velocio though that it could look more expensive than necessary at that price, but I suspect they should be cash flow positive from this point so maybe if they don't need to raise again they are happy with that.

down at 1240ish so unlikely to get a place...
but got hotel booked and will make it out there anyway - too much fun last year. @tapsnbath is signing up anyway and I'll try and get a place while I'm there if there are no shows.

@tapsnbath maybe I can be your +1 then?
if we can't get places on L'eroica I met friends of the guys who has set up www.lintrepida.it - he was one of the guys who originally set up L'eroica ('before it became too commercial') ;) - lets go for that?
@tilover you'll have these probs in a couple of years for t'eroica
also +1 on just riding anyway....

@tapsnbath and I have nearly finished our holdsworths... some final bits and pieces to do adjusting brakes/bar tape etc. but both pretty stoked today!
nice to be taking a bit of London history over there with us and really looking forward to the ride and the market!
will get some better photos once we are properly done.
Well done to everyone who took part in this great event.
Sadly I was DNS in 2017 after enjoying 2013.... I did however buy a Jersey/Gilet (both Large)/Armwarmers (Medium)- about £129 all in.... If anyone wants to make an offer as clearly I can't wear them - DM me. thanks

Apologies for thread hijack - just seemed most relevant place to post.
