A good dealer can do that for you for relatively low cost (considering that the frame is worth it).
No need for brazing or welding.
Can be done fro all steel, alu or carbon frames without replaceable derailleur hanger, as long a the droput is not cracked and it's not bent too much (steel is very forgiving, alu and carbon not).Dealer should have a reamer of the correct size and a threaded metal piece, that will be glued in place.
Dill dropout to remove old threads
Ream drilled hole to make correct diameter
Glue and place threaded insert
Check / correct alignment with dropout / rear derailleur hanger alignment tools
Job doneThanks, sounds like I need professional help

Tried to change gear while out of the saddle going uphill and damaged the derailleur hanger. The derailleur just popped out - looks like the dropout is bent inwards and the hanger stripped the thread. Would anyone know if it's a simple replacement on Colnago C40 and who to take the bike to ... Thanks ;-((

@mwollny - a friend of mine has a Paris-Roubaix C40, a special edition with extra layers of carbon intended to withstand the pounding from the cobbles, that I believe he might be selling. It's going to be your sort of size I think. I'll drop him a line.
Thanks! Is he in London?

Very pretty ;-) Looks like someone's done it in Photoshop. Is that for real?
