Then you either save the photos to the camera roll or upload them directly through the lightroom app

Sorrly, only just seen this - not been following anything online I can link to - I saw a physio who gave me some exercises, but if you google exercises for strengthening glutes, and stretching quads its basically all of those.

Lots of lunges too.

First run in over a month with no knee pain. Looks like the stretching and strengthening exercises are working. ✌️✌️

I did actually see Rich a few years back when I had a bike fit, he was great.

Didn't even think of him for a running injury. I'll book another appointment with the physio, and see what she says. I may just be impatient and its gonna take some time to sort out

Yeah they never really mentioned a follow up visit, but as it was private I can go whenever I want.

Just need to be able to afford it!
