  Found these in local bike charity warehouse. Would like to clean them up. Will obviously change brake pads.

  Any suggestions how to clean up the noodle holder things? They don't seem to be replaceable.

  After good condition V brakes (front and back) and v brake levers.

  Also after a 9 speed shifter and 2 or 3 speed shifter.

  I'd prefer shimano alivio/deore but if in good condition will look at others.

  What was your experience?

  And has anyone ever used a "grey import" shop before?
  I'm completely new to photography so need some reputable shops.
  Uk Camera Store looks legitimate and has good reviews but not sure why their prices are so much cheaper
