Had a touch of rotisserie envy from the earlier posts of @dancing james so splashed out.
No in-progress pics, but a pre-carving pic.
Same again on Sunday, but with a bigger chicken. And sprouts.

It can be, but the just ride mode (slope mode, iirc) is relatively easy to find.
As @chez_jay says, the native apps usually have something - I think my tacx software does, but doesn't run on Linux which is why I never use it.
Could be that UK / European butchery is all about following the seams on the muscle / fascia, whereas US butchery just chops big squares out of everything.
Cheeks are a winner though.
