the tolerances can vary for different printers / printer types.
i've found a bit of trial and error is needed to get interlocking parts to fit.
i sometimes print out a couple of thin slices with different tolerances to test parts before printing an entire model to save time / filament etc.you can also try and find a file with a print profile that has been configured for your specific printer.

i'm considering selling my caad12 as i've not really been riding it much...
not sure how to price it though? i don't really want to split it either unless it's going to make a big difference on how much i'd get for it.spec -
2017 caad12 in jazzy purple sparkly colourway - large / 58 (very tiny ding in top tube, otherwise vgc)
shimano rs685 shifters and hydro calipers (post mount front, flat mount rear)
ultegra r6800 crankset, r8000 rear mech, r7000 front mech, 11-28 cassette - all in vgc
prime aero bars / s-works stem (might keep)
cannondale carbon post / charge scoop saddle
(crabon wheels not included but would be replaced with some other alloy wheels -nothing fancy)any ideas on a ballpark figure because i really have no idea 🤷
