I was in Bicycle Magic yesterday. The news, I hear, is that PX will have their first bits of stuff in the shop sometime this week.
Watch that space.
FWIW, I'd recommend BM to anyone, great shop. Support your LBS.+1 to this, Bike Magic staff were lovely when I went in there.
I like the idea if ordering online and collecting from the shop. Best if both worlds - big selection but you don't need to store everything at the premesis.

+123 on the tools, basic or otherwise - 3 shops in Central London and not one of them had a bog standard plastic/ rubber handled 32mm headset spanner
Talking of tools, I'd like to see a good selection of tools available for purchase. It's nice to be able to hold a tool and try it out before buying it.
I need more park tool spanners in my life.

I've realised that it's time to man up and get some foot retention, so I'd like to get some cheap and cheerful toe clips & straps to try out. I'm looking to spend about £10.
I'd also be interested in powergrips or similar.
If anyone were coming to Rise East on Sunday, I could pick up from there. If not, I'm happy to collect from somewhere central-ish.
Cheers!

girlfriend bike project nearly done, just some velo orange gaurds when they are in stock @freshtripe
That is charming! I like the cranks & the teeny tiny wheels. Lucky girlfriend. :)
Radio 4 are currently playing a segment about Bristol as Britain's first "Cycling City". It is.. not complementary. Sounds like a lot of wasted time and money, with no actual useful infrastructure put in. Painting cycle lanes on pavements that run into trees is not going to encourage anyone to get on a bike.
