I forgot we could pick dead people. So musically I would love to meet Elvis, John Lennon and Jimi Hendrix.
Then political figures probably Churchill, Hitler, Stalin and Gandi, though not at the same time, that would be a recipe for disaster.
I'm sure there are others, maybe we should come up with what we would ask them or talk about.

Almost done, waiting for the rear brake to show up. Had chain tension issue since I can't put the wheel further back on the drive side, I didn't have enough chain tension so I was advised to get a tensioner. Which I got from another forum member. I installed that last night, and it is now ridable. Though I can't go fixed, which is a little disappointing, though I'm still looking into solutions for this problem. I'm considering filling down the frame on the drive side to match the other side, which I think should work. Though I'm a little worried about messing up the frame.

I have been doing my first build and in the last couple of months been in BLB, TF and 14 and I have found all of them to be great. BLB and 14 at the weekends are crazy busy, but even then I was happy with the experience and left with the correct bits each time. The time I wasn't happy with something I got I just took it back and I got some other bit I wanted.

Have you taken the other two chainrings off? If you have the issue is that your chainring is too close to the BB for the low gears.
I did the same thing to my 21-speed, and had the same issue. I was told to get some crank/bb spacers however I couldn't find any locally, so someone suggested leaving the smaller chainring on to act as a spacer. Seems to work ok for me.

After all, we've all been there...
DJ has only been on here for 2 years, wow. Stustaff don't worry about it. In two years time you'll be doing the same thing! Forums have never been the best way of presenting information, they are geared for discussion. Setting up some sort of Wiki which pertains all of the starting info would be handy, stickies and the lists we have do wonders, but you still need to know where to look.

I don't buy this story at all. fruitbat's point about sharing towels seems like the only logical way such a thing could happen. I don't know about you, but I take a fresh towel with me, there isn't a hope in hell that I would share my towel with someone else. I wouldn't expect any of my cycling buddies at work to share their towels with me either. So I don't get the doc's conclusion.

I googled 'hipster fight' to see what else came back. Nothing much interesting so I changed the search to 'hipster fight gay'. This site came top.
Another hit was this :
Hipster-or-Homo-Seven-Ways-To-Tell
(7) made me laugh.

Add Feltham to the list, riding down Bedfont Lane with all its large potholes, concealed joining roads, driveways and bad road surface could definitely be your last ride some mornings.
