Yes. I have ufh installed on top of concrete sub floor throughout the ground floor of my house
Plan and supply of system was from nu-heat who I would highly recommend.
They will do a calc to see which option is best for you including flooring options

Can't remember exact model no but I could probably dig it out. It's Neff. Manual says T4. D7A on front. It's the RHS in this pic. I had a gas domino installed alongside.
Edit. Top drawer in that unit beneath is false to take the filters. They are removable carbon filters and v easy to swap out - roughly 6 months to 1 year.

Yes I have one. On kitchen island that is not ducted so vents use carbon filters. It works very well.

No worries. As I said they will spend the time to take you through it and my personal experience has been excellent with them. Fitting for me was done through the building contractors / plumbers I used who all said they woold recommend to future clients.
