Hello. It sounds like a viable solution.
I volunteer with a food waste charity that collects from market stalls and delivers to homeless shelters, on foot. Once suppliers are on board, the main work involved is logistical - organising the volunteer rota of who does which days at which site.
I think there is a practical question of how different people want to carry food on their bike. As pizzarat suggests, using a rack might be preferable for some people than towing a trailer, so it may depend on how much food there is and what size / kind of container it would need to be moved in. Maybe offering a 'delivery' type box / backpack would be a solution? It might encourage more people to get involved, if they knew they only had to collect and drop off without having to tow a trailer?

EXC The Independent Group could prop up Theresa May's government in a confidence and supply arrangement in return for a referendum on her deal, one of the leading defector MPs, Gavin Shuker, tells me on the @HuffPostUK Commons People podcast.https://t.co/j4o7uhwEZ1

Good twitter thread by David Henig about trade deals: https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1098489268627009536.html
It's tough to read because he raises SO MANY important questions that appear not to have been addressed by the government and we can assume the answers to most of these will conclude that Brexit is going to be very damaging.

How many cars does the UK export?
"1.7 million cars built in the UK in 2016, an increase of 8.5% and the highest output for 17 years. Exports at record levels for second consecutive year as more than 1.35 million cars shipped worldwide. More than one in two cars exported to Europe, our single biggest trading partner, with demand up 7.5%." 26 Jan 2017, https://www.smmt.co.uk/2017/01/17-year-high-british-car-manufacturing-global-demand-hits-record-levels/
Note: "Growth driven by multi billion pound investments in previous years – not post Brexit bounce."

That the Labour leadership have been complicit...
Genuine question: where is the evidence of this?
I repeatedly see Corbyn say anti-semitism is unacceptable, and read reports that the party have taken action in relation to complaints, expelling members. I do not want to deny a problem where it may exist, but I suspect that there's an aspect of this that is whipped up by the press and has become an easy way to criticise Labour.

Corbyn's letter covers 5 of the 6 tests. They are a starting point for what a Labour deal would look like, and they've been clear on this for some time. I don't think it's cynical, I think it's a pretty smart move as an attempt to take control of the narrative in the public realm, whilst also signalling to the EU exactly what Labour are willing to get behind in order to get a deal through parliament, timed exactly when May is sitting down to re-open negotiations.

I’d be more disappointed if we’d had Kane, Alli and Son on the pitch and not won it. As it was we did well to take it to penalties. I’ve never rated Llorente and don’t expect him to get the goals that will see us through the coming weeks safely. Hats off to Chelsea for getting their shit together after last week, they deserved the win.

The leader in the LRB says that it was agreed at the Labour Party conference that firstly a push for no confidence would be initiated and if that failed then Corbyn would back a second referendum.
It argues that, despite his personal position, he is so beholden to process that he is likely to do so.
He has now stated that he’ll ask for no confidence if May’s deal is voted down.
