Given this is a DIY thread on a cycling forum would say if you can fix a puncture you can do either of those things yourself. Doing the first is mildly more complicated but very satisfying. I have no idea if it is something you’re supposed to tell [The Government] about.

The only thing that’s not included in this is the 35mm pipe and fitting required for the waste. All other materials included. £400

Looking on checkatrade, it seems probably right for London’s famous London, maybe punch for London’s less famous rural arse end of nowhere.

There was discussion about this on one of the threads - iirc a few people said don’t bother, unless it is for sound, and @Fox said there is an argument to insulate so you can zone the house effectively and only pay for heating the rooms you’re using.
