You don't have to fully remove a tube if you want to just patch it. Bit fiddly, but can be done.

Anyone interested in a cheap TT frame? Original Planet X Chrono from circa 2004-5. Top tube 55cm C-C, seat tube 54cm C-T, head tube 11cm. Few marks and scratches, lacquer has peeled on the top of the front fork, but it’s been like that since I’ve had it, which is 11 years. Has a Trek Speed Concept seatpost head, an age old hack of getting the saddle a bit more forward, but can also come with the original head if required. All threads are fine, as is the headset.

Literally giving it away at £35 posted.

Is that Sport Megastore legit? That seller has sold out, but there are other sellers selling the same bag at various prices, all using the same images and text.

There was a guy on the TT Uk forum who could machine 11 speed sprockets to work on a 10 speed freehub.

His details are at the bottom of this thread, ironically created by someone else offering the same job.

I had similar issues with my Dream, altho that was 5 years old when I bought it. As it wasn't new and the paint was already failing, I just got aggressive with it.

Regarding Maestro, I'd be pretty certain that he'd tell you eff off, seeing as you didn't buy the frame from them.

I’d definitely get that bare aluminium on the dropouts sorted, before you know it it’ll start flaking off like dandruff.

I don’t know what I was so worried about @sbbohr, the non drive side seal popped out easy peasy, complete contrast to the drive side.

Problem now is, the bike runs pretty rough in first and second. Everything is greased up as it should and the chain indicator as as per it should be. As soon as you slot it into third, it runs like a hot knife through butter. Any ideas?

I use SRAM 9 speed sprockets for the larger one, using either a 16 or 17T. Not sure about a 12T tho.
