Tesa yellow tape

Any specific model? Would seem like a good idea, tape costs ££ and I want to re tape two of the wheels I have sometime soon.

SJS do cheap 'corratec' ultralight 26in inner tubes, works fine on 650b and doesn't cost too much.

It's really the lightest inner tube I ever had, but I did have one failure at the valve. Reckon it's still worth it, I doubled up duct tape at the valve hole, hope it doesn't repeat. Ordered 5 recently so either it's still worth it or I'm a fool.

Are the fork canti mounts super narrow and the little steerer notch for the headset spacer on the front of the fork instead of the back? Those were the two annoying things about mine that could help ID

Portages are the super rare 650bs, right? Would kill for one, although I kinda have one. I'll try a more up-to-date picture soon, got a rack, rear dynamo, and gutted campy levers recently.

I just moved here and could use people to ride with or tinker with I guess? I'm in the west bit near the Scotstounhill train station. I brought my fixed bike here, can do a bit of grav grav on it too.

Another niche is something like a budgety tourer with an alfine IGH.

GB mudguards weren't working out and I found cheap 26in SKS, they fit like a glove. Mudflaps would be good.

Given the low bb, I got a short spa triple 160mm crankset. Currently running 46/28 and 11-32, I'd prefer a 42 or 44 big ring tho. The campy 1o - shimano 9 sp combo works really well. The Spyres work nicely with the campy levers, too. Not prefect, but I think better than most cantis i had, and much easier to squeeze.

One beef is the Alfine dynamo - just as another shimano dynamo I have, it's producing quite a strong vibration, sometimes I feel it even in the pedals. Most people say they never feel the drag, but I def can. Not sure if I can mess with the bearings at all to sort that out.

Would be nice to use this bike to get a full audax season down this year, although I'm criminally under shape right now.
