I ended up getting a G line. Despite being 6ft, I went for a small which felt the best when I test rode them. To date, the things I like:
Added a dynamo, had to make a light bracket but now its on there I got a Son Edelux to fit, so chuffed with that.
Rides super nice, like you can stand out of the saddle with confidence, its cool
    Things I dont like:
The 8 speed alfine. For the first time ever, Im not hunting for the right gear, but it feels DRAGGY as heck, so Im looking at making my own dropouts so I can run a regular derailleur Errdeer style (but likely an 11-34, because a 11-42 on a 20" wheel is pointless).

I have a spare 20" front wheel (100 OLD, 12TA) if anyone is interested?

So that rack worked so well, considering I made it like 3 days before leaivng for the dolomites. I had to twat it with a hammer a bit to get tyre clearance, and it didnt fair well on its repatrication back home, so at the momenet its closer to a less functional mudguard than a rack. I had an idea about a low slung panner rack on the rear that holds the bags closer to the centre of the wheel, rather than ballancing all the stuff on top, but I havnt had the time to prototype anything. Ill try to sketch what I mean later.

Currenlty its a single speed pub bike, I bent the rear triangle so it doesnt do gears anymore, which is a pity. Its fun to rip around on though, and its janky enough that no-one has attempted to knick it yet. V2 is on the cards (I have tube, just lacking time).

I will do. When I got it, it was covered in about a years worth of dust from living in the back of a workshop, so it took a while to get all that off, and scotch-bright any rust off (mostly on the exposed metal thankfully). I had this slighly mad idea of repainting it the similar blue from the Moulton videos from the 70's, we will see.

So I ended up ditching the On-one jones and putting drops back on, and a lovely Velo Orange rack and it serves and a winter commuter. Admitidly I dont ride it much, but I do like it. Its main super power is its one of my few bikes thats in good working condition and can have a pannier- My laptop for works weights a tonne, so any respite is welcome.
