Looking to get hold of a GRX groupset for a new build, fair to say im building this on a tight budget.
Also have a quesion, I've been looking online, but cant seem to get an answer. Can you get GRX with composite leavers? I get very cold fingers and find metal leavers really sap the warmth out of them... If not, will just have to don the thick gloves.
Also looking for a BB92, 41 x 92 mm that screw together in the middle, reading up says these help iliminate creak over time.
Any pointers appreciated, many thanks

My brother has finally managed to secure a Cycle to Work (C2W) scheme offer from his employer after a lot of back and forth. He needs to select it in his benefits portal by 20th December. The scheme is through Cyclescheme and seems to have a £1,600 limit.
As someone who hasn’t used the C2W scheme before but wants to give him some useful advice, I’ve been looking at complete bikes within that price range. To be honest, the options don’t seem too promising—maybe I’m looking in the wrong places or just have higher expectations.
Should he go ahead and claim the voucher as soon as possible? That way, I presume he’ll have more time to shop around and potentially benefit from January sales. Would be great to hear from anyone who's had experience of this before.

Thanks @1903 Appreicate the 2 cents.
Appreciate it's not in perfect condition, happy to take offers that relfect this.
In regards to the VED, im told it's insured and taxed as a commervial vechical at the moment, so unfortuantly dont have the figure at hand for standard VED.It's got an MOT until summer next year, water pump and timing belts havent come up in previous MOT.
Open to offers that reflect the condition

Hi, trying to help a friend out, full disclosure I might not have all the answers and have never sold a vechical before.
This is a Ford Transit,
Been on many adventures, you can literally take the kitchen sink with you. Big plus for winter. Lay a roll matt out, and it's a water tight hotel on wheels.
It is a desiel, but one of the modern ones that falls under the ULEZ. So super handy in London.Looking for 8,500. But welcome sensable offers.
From owner:
About 172000 miles on clock
It's got some scuffs and scratches, one of the fog lights is busted; has a hole in the side door as someone tried to break in
MOT valid till next spring
Just to add my two cents on Induction hobs: we went with an AEG induction hob, which has been working flawlessly for the past two years without any issues. However, during our renovation, we used an Ikea portable induction hob for six months, and my family also has one of Ikea’s larger, permanent hobs.
I was actually more impressed with the Ikea hob (which I’ve learned is manufactured by Whirlpool). It was easier to use, very responsive, and I never overboiled rice with it—a big plus for me! If I were doing it again, I’d probably opt for an Ikea induction hob with boost options.
