@kl forgot to mention after the last forum visit to Cook Daily a couple of weeks ago but the Grime related t-shirts were not hung up around the place anymore so I think you were right in your assumption that they were related to the earlier closing hour when we went the first time.

I heard that it is a manufactured taste to emulate the original taste. Something along the lines of when Hershey was first making chocolate there was no good refrigeration method which meant the milk that was used was sour. Then as the manufacturing process changed and fresher milk was used the flavour changed but people didn't like it and so they started putting stuff in to make it taste like it used to. I've never known how close to the truth this was but I've told it to a number of people since I found out. Think there's also something about it giving a longer shelf life or something but that's boring.

Excellent Day out. Forgot to pick up some plastic cutlery at the last restaurant but probably for the best after the rose incident. We were probably being watched with eagle eyes. Added bonus to have seen the Hindu temple and the Premier League Trophy.

In other potential sporting disruption news it's also Spurs - West Ham kicking off at 12:30 tomorrow with road closures from 10:30 to 16:00 around the new Tottenham Stadium. Looks like the route skirts just around any of the closed roads noted on the TfL site but could be a bit busier traffic wise just to be aware of.

London Marathon on the 28th isn’t going to cause any troubles for the planned route is it? Not sure if they close any roads off or anything the day before

Had this last year, tried the Decathlon option, think they only had it in black then too so don't think they've done a silver for a while. Ended up with pretty much what is linked above as the only option I could find in the end.

Does anyone know the best way to report mobikes that are blocking a route that doesn't involve downloading their app or social media? There's been a whole load of them placed on Bream's Buildings in front of the bank bikes making it pissing annoying to get through, especially if there's people also travelling the other direction and it's an areseache navigating off chancery lane, through the bollards and then into the mass of unused bikes.

Checked twitter for anything when I got in to work and could only see a couple of people talking about it. Was suggested on there that the lorry was trying to make a u-turn at the lights and just took one out instead. Not sure if that's just complete speculation though.
