That’s the thing, I and others could convince you to continue at risk, albeit a small one. But should it materialise (in a big way) we wouldn’t be able to bail you out.
Instead of nuking the site, could you put it on ice in the possibility of a reversal/clarification in policy?

Yes, you do. Subsidies, tax breaks, bailouts, workforce educated and trained in state education, going to work on state infrastructure, on and on. You don’t exist in a vacuum.
