The fork is indeed not in Max and the frame is maybe a mix but the downtube looks like Max, doesn't it?
And Cyfac is known for having used Max chain stays as (huge) seat stays in the 90s.

Just:

1. Go to https://imgur.com/a/KYEwD61
   
2. Click on the image to get a bigger version
   
3. Right-click on the bigger image and copy the image adress
