Been riding around on this bad boy the last few days with a Hillraser motor attached. So much good times. Can’t get enough. Just need to hopefully work out a purchase program and it’ll be mine...

I've had a good handful of bikes, around 5 of em for years now, sometimes I think of selling but that thought soon quickly passes. Really love them all and try to ride them as often as possible. Commuting, kid-carrying, gravel touring, & training.

175cm here and went with the medium. I’m sometimes curious about how a small would feel, but I do definitely think M is the right size for me

@tcw for what it’s worth I’m the same height as you and went for a M Arkose. It’s a perfect size for me but sometimes I wonder if a small would fit too. I really do think the M is the correct size for me however, just maybe a cm or two shorter top tube (maybe, or maybe not)

A 53/54 traditional geo frame seems to fit me pretty well, for comparison purposes.

Loads of people here use them and I've never seen or heard of them going off accidentally. But yeah I suppose it's possible. My gf has also been using one the past 2 years, she likes hers. She hasn't had hers go off yet.

I have seen a woman fall off her bike here in copenhagen with one on. Airbag went off like it was supposed to, and I suppose potentially saved her from head injury. Supposedly they are massively safer than traditional helmets, statistics show.

As someone mentioned up in this thread, they offer a half-price discount for your next onw after one goes off and you need a replacement.

There is an activation button that when you (presumably) turn it off every time you take it off, it won't go off when dropping it in the pub.

@PhilDAS did you switch out your arkose frameset? what did you go for instead?

I am still loving mine, however at a size M it is just slightly too large for me I think. 54cm is more my size so possibly thinking of upgrading to a diff frame at some point
