@nammonk - thanks for those pointers.
PM'd to follow up on the earlier replies.
Any more offers let me know.

@colnago_costa - Looking for a double, it's a 14 speed and currently on 34/52 but I'm not touring so after 39 upwards for the inner. Open to offers on era. I'm trying to respect the period whilst shaving some weight off it. I've not been to age it so far but I think 70s. This is current incarnation:
@m_f - lower the better but open to offers. I've seen stuff on fleabay around the £30-£50 mark but happy to be educated :)

I'm in the process of gently updating a 70s Cyril Guimard tourer which has lots of heavy original steel components.
I'm looking for a Campag Record chainset to match recent wheel upgrades so thought I'd check if someone has a set gathering dust. 170 length and 39 or upwards on the inner chainring ideally.
I'm new to the game so ask if I've missed critical info.
Based in London so happy to collect or alternatively post.
Thanks for looking

Evening
I have to sell this fella it to clear space. It’s partway through a renovation so some of the parts look a little grufty – although it rides great.
Measurements are 54cm (centre-to-top) and top-tube of 56cm (centre of seatpost to centre of stem).
Weighs 12kg which isn't featherweight but it flies along nicely.
Recent updates since I bought it last year:
I bought it with old moustache bars, a different stem and Simplex gears that had seen better days. Also some steel wheels with wingnut hubs. I've got these if you want them too.
You may have heard of Cyril Guimard but there's barely any information about this brand of bikes which makes me think it could be a rarity. Quite nice lug work.
I'm looking for £250, to cover the original cost and replacement parts basically.
I’d like to see it go to a good home because I think it’s a beautiful bike and it rides really smoothly.
