If you had that jigged up into a solid rig and it produces acceptably high-quality 'scans' – which it will for most enthusiast photographers – I can easily see the appeal of this versus a Noritsu for a small lab.

Exalith rims on a winter bike are an admirable flex. That's a very handsome bike.

On the hunt for a 56cm-ish (54cm would be fine with a Kinesis) rim brake alloy frameset with mudguard mounts and clearance for, at least, 28s. Something semi-modern is preferred. I'd consider a cheap full bike, but would much rather have a frameset (I've got all I could ever need). I'm based in Bristol.
