Think I may have to be out pre 6am for a 6:45 finish.
Have a flight to catch. Will be out and since the past three days have totalled 160miles - Legs are a bit hurty.

A lonely effort that was. Its really quite nice before the groups and cars get there.

Was out this morning. Nearly got taken out by a car turning right from Avenue Road onto the Outer circle. Good fun other than that.

Early windy laps tmw anyone?

Will be there about 6.30 hopefully. Not jersey'd, but will have cap on.

Am bailing- have to get to work earlier today than planned.

Grim this morning; dog off its leash hit by car by the mosque lights. Decamped to Inner Circle until clear.

Great morning ride today, getting up as always at 4:30am is always horrible, but the sunshine and lack of wind today made it worth it. Did about 5 laps clock wise before doing a couple anti-clockwise as the number of cyclist was getting too close for comfort IMO.

Yeah, I was one of the first there and stopped with a couple of women to help. Phoned 4 vets and the RSPCA and none could come and pick up the dog. Believe the poor thing was taken up to Hampstead emergency vets in a police van in the end.

I'll be out tomorrow morning, with skinsuit doing my best fast impressions. 7-8.

I'll be out both weekend days at absurd o'clock as on call for the day.
Look like the best days for riding this week so hopefully none of you will be.
Otherwise I'm making the most of the weather as possible.

Yeah I was surprised, I think the light winds and warm air made for fast laps.

Wanted to some laps today but coming back to the UK and got home and into bed at 2am meant today was a no go, but hopefully will be out tomorrow morning around 6am for clockwise solo laps! =)
