Man I don't know if I can hack it that early, too much with YAL, Jr atm. I might be able to start later laps around 7:30 maybe at some point but Imma be out for this 6:30 this a.m. jazz for a while, it's madness with a kid.
But I've been going out on the weekends, say for like 8:30 or 9 and it's really pretty quiet if you go fast enough (+19mph). I wonder if that's because people are out doing longer rides, but it's still very nice. I've been doing fixed laps there most weekends and really enjoyed myself actually and it would be nice to work with some other fixed riders as I'm too safety conscious to want to work with randos on gears. It has been good to have my nose in the wind for a full hour of hard work though...

Ride of the falling leaves

I might if the weather is good, but unofficially as I didn't enter. I will be slow, as I've been off the bike for a couple of weeks with a severed digit. Time to get back on it.

Not my finest hour. The fantastic NHS sewed it back on, so it's on the mend.

Ouch. Grand Guignol question: how did you manage to type right after the accident? Well done NHS.
-

With the tip of my nose. A few days practice had me up to 40 words per minute. Got some funny looks though.
-
• #370
Oof, heal up quick!
-
• #371
Ditto to all that. Except for the severed digit part.
-
• #372
If you fancy company, I'll drop you a PM nearer the time.
-
• #373
Yeah sounds good. Haven't ridden for two weeks too as I've been on holiday. So I expect to be quite pedestrian

@umop3pisdn I'm out for tomorrow. Just got home from work and stupidly shattered still from sunday! =/
Sorry again! =(

No worries. Is it just me and Howard then?
You're close to Paddington right? If I could leave it at yours that'd be great, don't really want to risk leaving it.
I'll probably do Swain's Tuesday as well in that case.
