ThNRC Roydon - last ride of the season?

OK, we're going to start off the 2023 night rides with the traditional alternative season opener (nobody fancied Surrey Hills).

It's flat. It's summertime. Let's do some miles and see if any of the pubs will let us in. Did I mention the 10 mile sprint finish?

Brrrr. I must be getting soft in my old age. That was a bit on the chilly side.
Of course I would have to get a puncture in the ride back, probably from hitting a massive pothole. Had to fix it in a field where it was a balmy 4 degrees.
Still it was a great evening, lovely clear skies and nice to see some new faces. Good efforts all round
