The ground was like concrete on Sunday. Ridged, rutted, lumpy concrete. There was the occasional bog bend under the canopy to catch you out but otherwise, concrete.

Someone suggested I try that flavour, so I did. I tried many others too. I never normally go for the fruit flavours but on this ride I was all over them. The ones that stick out most was a Lime and Zest one and a Myrtile Cheescake one.

The fruit ones are always good. It's been a while since I've been to Italy but I do miss the limone flavour. Not found anything like it here (even in Italian run ice cream parlours).

You'll be pleased with the selection at the tea hut then.
