I second @punkture motion for reinstatement of fee. Can't believe that was discussed and approved. I thought that had been put to bed long ago. If we are to maintain a structure of an association looking for funding, recognition, etc, we need to have standards that mirror other organisations.

@maddie Can you up the notes please? Even if they're hand written, can you just take high resolution photos and put them on dropbox or google docs etc.

yup agreed Kev. Its very surprising that there was no prior notice of this (or the meeting) at all and two major issues that have been discussed year after year in some very heated discussions at times and had seemed to have been put to bed a year or two back have been casually changed (or almost changed) without any apparent thought to why there has been a membership fee or a split between LPC or LHBPA

ill put up the minutes as soon as i can today, but might have to be when i get home tonight.

who knows how to renew the LHBPA website? theres currently no online presence for the LHBPA except for some chinese thing....

Looks like the domain may have expired. I can't find any whois records for it at all, but it would appear it's been hijacked. Unless you want to invest lots of time and money, you may have to forget about that domain.

But various other common extensions are available (don't want to list them, for fear of hijacking)
