I almost called a vote to combine the lpc and lhbpa sub forums. I think the lhbpa should be renamed as 'LPC with a bank account'

First motion for the agendafor the next meeting: reinstatement of the membership fee.

LPC is not LHBPA , this is important for polo not to end up turning into football and to try and stay true to it's roots while also having a body to organise things and further the goals of London Polo....thankfully you didn't try to change that too in a meeting of 1 weeks notice with no prior announced agenda....
