@youramericanlover @xkittyx should we attempt a groupsave train ticket for the journey home, or pre-book something? Trains from Barnham -> victoria apparently.
-
• #81
I'm more than happy to groupsave it back, but I think it's ambitious of me to book ahead for Barnham. I'll be playing it by ear on the day.

Fitted the 39x21 - hilarious around town but not quite as spinny as I was imaginng. Route looks great!

• #84
Yeah. I'm excited for this.

• #85
Mind to share it on here?
-
• #86
I will do so, though I feel like etiquette would be to post it after the ride as the SE people have organised it as an event and encouraged teams etc. Though it looks like @jammy is an SE member so might leave it to him if he wants to post it. Happy to PM it to anyone who is going but didn't receive the route.

As an addendum to anyone looking at the bail out points, as far as I can tell, there are no trains past Guildford tomorrow, with everything being diverted via busses to Woking. The furthest south I can find is West Clandon which is about 4 miles west of Guildford (Clandon station) which runs to Clapham Junction/Victoria, which I guess is where I'll be aiming for, probably leaving the route at Gormishall or Grafham
Edit: So from Ansteadbrook that would be 20 miles back to Clandon

I had a sense of humour failure and @youramericanlover and I ducked out pretty early.
I imagine the bits of SDW people will be doing in the wet will be pretty sketchy.
