Fancy doing this some saturday or sunday morning, starting around zoo. How early should one start to actually be able to cycle or is this a nogo during summer weekends?

west of trellick tower it's always quiet, but in central I wouldn't go on a summer weekend after 9am

Between Bethnal Green and Islington is the busiest. Get that out of the way before 9 and the rest should be fine
