Can I come brakless with freewheel?

Yes but you and only you and also only if there is an off-brand arrospok involved

I have builded myself a trispok out of empty crisp packets and pritt-stick but I couldn't get the tyre to stay on even after using a whole roll of ducktape.

Both fixed bikes still off the road, sadly, so I'll be on my old geared hack bike.

Do I have to have proper lights?

You'll be fine without, it's not as if we'll be going through the middle of nowhere.

I'm from Ealing and willing to come. Where and what time should we meet before heading east then ?

A whole roll of ducktape probably fine as a substitute tyre. Tyres get in the way of barspinz anyway.
