The train we're looking at is a short connection in Pompy. We'll have a pint or two in Ryde before we set off, not sure they have much in the way of late evening dining options tho so probably best to eat before the ferry.

The Kebab House is open till midnight. Judging from the reviews it might be a bit hit and miss, either the best kebab you ever had, or bloody diarrhea.

It won't be the former, I live near the Green Lanes, and I certainly don't want the latter.

I guess I'll eat before we catch the train but I also plan to bring sandwiches as there is a lovely picnic spot about half way round.

right, I can't get my freehub off so I will be riding the gravy train, on 10 sp with really shit Canti brakes. Luckily there will be no traffic.

Fit cassette and lockring, turn wheel over and gently tap cassette from opposite side. I had to do this recently to remove a stuck Powertap freehub.

I have hammered it, nothing. Axle vice and hammer next.
