I did some research - seems like you can't reserve a bike space - not necessary - just turn up at KX and off you go - unless there are more than 6 bikes and an arsey guard in which case 6 bikes go and the rest wait for the next train.

Cheers, hadn't checked that yet. Looks like a 09:14 from Kings Cross arrives at Brandon at 10:44. The 09:38 from Norwich arrives at Brandon at 10:21, so I'll aim for that one.

On the return leg, the trains from Brandon appear to be hourly. Around 20 minutes past towards Cambridge/Kings Cross and 45 minutes past towards Norwich.
