I met that chap (is it you?) and had a ride on that whilst on my way back from Basildon hospital on my mercian.....I've got a video of me riding it, but I was clearly too big!

No, not me. I'm more 50's 60's steel bikes. But wonderful bikes like that will be at Herne Hill today.

Very comfy and springy, but clearly too small for me...I've got a stumpy body but long legs (believe it or not!) :0)

The p*ncture demon has been visiting me so I'm not riding tubs on the street today ...
Actually it's because I've got to take locks, going to a museum after with the nipper.

Fantastic day! The weather didn't dampen our spirits, never before seen such an eclectic mix of bikes including the ordinaries and dandy chargers - caused quite a a stir when we all rolled up at the Design Museum. Hope to put some pics up soon.

I heard about today from @SE1 twitter and enjoyed following the ride. Many thanks to all involved. Some photos are on my blog http://kenningtonpob.blogspot.co.uk/2015/10/the-veteran-cycle-club-60th-anniversary.html

@KenningtonPOB Glad you heard about it through SE1 I told them it was happening but could not see it listed anywhere.
Nice photos on your blog
@Skülly where were you?
We got into the design museum free but no sign of any bike exhibition kept getting told to not touch. -

The Cycle Revolution exhibition starts 18th November (all of those us on the ride should have received a flyer with an invite to a members' night on the 20th).
