  • Are there any Chaps/Chapettes out there who can put this onto a map for me? Pretty please.

  • Norman Jay, can't do the Chopper. looking for a volunteer. Your self and your Chopper.

  • @ivetwodogs This looks interesting.

Sorry to appear stupid, Bruno, but is there an open invitation for us to ride with you on any bike we see fit?

  • Are there any Chaps/Chapettes out there who can put this onto a map for me? Pretty please.

Come on technodorks, you know you want to help!

  • Not any bike. Just the ones we are short on. We need a Track Iron, if anyone is interested.

  • It would nice to see a good crowd see us off from Herne Hill. Some very interesting all original Vintage Bikes. I mean old like 150 year, old.

  • ic

  • Well my track iron (Geoff Butler, probably a Cliff Shrubb I'm told) would fit just before a 70s lightweight (circa 1970) but I think the repaint/repro decals on it makes it a bit naff, and my bars/stem are actually too old for it. Happy to oblige if you're stuck though. Could possibly borrow a more suitable cockpit from somebody.

  • Bruno, I could make it on my 60s Don Louis track iron if need be, otherwise might go for something more modern.

  • That's great Freezing, I've put that onto the Facebook Events Page. Hope you don't mind.

  • Hey Ben, that sounds grand, the more the merrier.

  • That Don Louis sounds perfect.

  • No worries, but please check it out to see if it is exactly as per the instructions. Mostly fairly straightforward but not too sure about this instruction in particular.
"L into park, double back to go under Wells Way on cycle tunnel
Into Burgess Park, fork left up to reservoir on the right"

  • Norman (Good Times) Jay will hopefully be coming on his Chopper, if his back straightens up.

  • Going to be a great day for cycling through South London

  • Just checking that the plan is to leave HHV at 2? So if we want to see you we come there between 1 and 2?

  • Setting up between 1 and 2, so plenty to see
