Split the Venge down and now parting out components:

1) Hollowgram KNOT64 Wheelset
Bloody banger of a Wheelset - very fast and pair perfectly with the SWorks 26mm tyres
Tubeless ready if you want to go that way
Excellent condition with a few very light superficial scuffs - never crashed etc
Destickered, obviously, because no-one likes loud shouty graphics
Can come with Shimano or SRAM free hub as the hubs are DT240s internals with lightened shells.
With a set of SWorks Turbo 80mm valve tubes and SWorks Turbo Cotton 26mm tyres with sub 800kms on them.
Rarely find me singing about OTP wheel sets but these are impressive

Beautiful thing - brand new and unused as I never got round to switching it over
Very stiff, very strong, very light

It’s not, with a chain guide like the one from aerocoach, shouldn’t be an issue for low cadence TTing etc
+iirc the teeth are deeper than average - i can measure to confirm

Those wheels are a complete steal. Especially if running a newer Cannondale or anything with a similar fork profile, definite aero upgrade.

Lovely stuff. What is the combined weight of both of the axles if you dont mind me asking? May be interested if I can confirm Aethos fit.

I do - Set 2 is below the above but I haven’t uploaded the photos yet as Flickr has an inability to upload photos in the order you push them so was worried of mixing up and subsequently ending up with someone receiveing the wrongly - advertised rotors, even though you can barely spot the difference between the two pairs!

Have the same request from a friend who’s also interested for his SL7 - will let you know weight, and if he passes on 1st dibs I expect they’ll fit Aethos as it shares a lot of hardware cues with SL6 and SL7 (and SL8!)

If @hippy wanted one set of just 160mm I might be interested in the spare 140mm as a set for my wife as she's tiny and runs small front and rear.

The problem is I now I need to convince her that a rotor upgrade is worthwhile... If we could cut a deal for them posted then I reckon I could get her over the line.

Yeah I think they updated the design for SL7 - may have done so even further for SL8 as when I was looking at some from the SWorks SL8 frame the other day they’re still the same shape as the old SL6 / Venge ones but were considerably better machined and the conical point of engagement is no longer a large brass piece, rather a segmented, floating alloy washer…
