run a youtube channel called altnabreac uncovered for exactly the same reason as the person started this thread about altnabreac station cover up dispute.

Altnabreac Uncovered and myself now know of each other due to the ongoing fiasco up North and regularly post on each others Youtube channels. Although it wasn't me that pointed him to post here.

Here's my recent post containing a 1995 Railtrack document that is registered in the Sasine register (land registry).
With her Law degree, Liz of the Station House claims this document proves Network Rail own no land at Altnabreac!

Allegedly Liz studied law at Leeds University 2:1 degree if I remember correctly. Served as a police officer in Manchester for 17 years.

The station being closed spoils some nice one way rides up there.
It's a stunning and remote part of the country which is less accessible because two people think they own 5 miles of railway track and a station.

They will be appearing in court again on January 9th, trying to defend the case they brought against Network Rail.
Wether they have secured a solicitor to represent their case remains to be seen. How Sheriff Wilson reacts to being called an unjust Judge will be interesting.

EE telecommunications has an ongoing case in the House of Sessions, due to the couple blocking access to a cell tower.
