  • This is great

  • Perhaps! But an OG ridiculous fixed would go down perfectly for the day to day!

  • Project after this is gonna be a coupled FG. Hopefully will bring in over around thanksgiving... But discovered that the bagel place closed, and its right next to some awesome trails, and the wife wants me to open a bike shop...

  • I always go for black.

We move in two weeks. You'll have to point me towards something cool going on in the near future.

  • You'll have to point me towards something cool going on in the near future.

June 22nd Full Moon / Solstice/ Midsummer ride.

Sept 29th guided mushroom hunting ride

There will be lots of others.

  • want to do nutmeg but can't find the dates for this year.

  • Nutmeg is in the fall, the spring one is spring fling. Ronnie has kinda moved to the South West semi permanent like.

I'll dig up the info. I have it in a text somewhere.

  • So segmented fork, is "Yo Igle" a dumb name?

Kinda in reference to the Yo Eddy, and how the Geekhouse forks were "Yo Marty" and Chris Iglehart made the segmented forks for Fat City, and he was known for that design on his own bikes also.

I thought " Yo Chris" was a cool name. But if we do an homage Chris would prefer "Yo Igle"

  • Looks lile he renamed it this year: https://www.bikereg.com/65994

    And it already happened.

  • Solstice ride.

  • So our prototype got the wrong finish. Supposed to be brushed, with bead blasted logos.

The whole thing is just bead blasted. How hard would it be to brush a whole frame at home? Ive refinished brushed frames, but never gone from blasted to brushed

  • I think that will be a huge pita. Maybe you can do the opposite of what you wanted and Polish/ brush the logos?

  • Yeah Im with you on the PITA, id not bother excepting the fork is polished. I may just do a brushed panel and anodize the logo

  • It showed up today!

And has redundant front derailleur routing and dropper routing…

That’s what prototypes are for, no?
