So, Sadiq Khan, has much changed in 8 years, is he bound by being a labour mayor under a Tory government, can the mayor even change that much? Could much more be achieved if re-elected with a labour government?

Khan 83,792
Hall 36,822

Wandsworth and Merton swung to Khan as well

Might not have said this years ago... but yes. Might even do well paired with a labour government.

He's okay. He's very obviously a politician in the sense that he tends go for popular policies, rather than making hard choices that will upset a minority. I hope that the success of ULEZ, despite what a vocal minority says, will make him bolder in this term and do more for active travel.

The Silvertown Tunnel will be a stain on his reputation though.

Results so far suggest that the gap between him and Hall is wider than it was between him and Bailey last time

I hope no-one believed the nonsense about Hall being 'close' to Khan in votes. It's just political theatre, creating the impression that Khan had a serious challenger rather than an absurd cartoon figure and wasn't just anointed. It's a bit like when cycling commentators pretend that the break in a flat stage has a chance of lasting until the end.

Yes. Whilst cycling infrastructure isn't moving along quite as fast as say Paris, under Khan it has steadily improved, even with Covid. Could be a lot worse.

Worth saying that Sadiq Khan pushed ahead with ULEZ despite huge opposition, including from the Labour leadership, and despite predictions it could cost him a third term.

Khan isn't much more than 6/10, but a loss to Susan Nouseat Hall would have invigorated the anti-Ulez terrorists who are cutting down traffic lights in the GLA area.
