Small caveat - different MOT testers can have different thresholds for advisory items, I have had things that haven't been fixed that don't show up the next year. BUT only with minor points really

Probably yes but could also be due to leniency on the second MOT.

Places that sell cars that can issue MOT’s themselves can potentially be on the very lenient side.

See also- places that only do MOT’s and “only pay if you pass”. There’s a place in Deptford that’ll practically pass anything that makes it to the ramp.

I’ll b bear this in mind when I go and look at the car tomorrow. Dealer seems alright though lots of really good reviews checked his filing history has a long history of doing car sales. Really not very pushy so that’s appealing fingers crossed.
