Am I allowed to call this guy a grifting cunt?
-

As a bare minimum.

Lots of people asking why frogface is on QT tonight.

• #8230
He's been on every fucking week for the last decade.

ha!

Another Tory defection earlier this evening yet they still continue with the nothing to see here routine

Just got an email from Sportpursuit, up to 62% off.

Is anyone able to refine or distil this sentiment further?
Exterminate the pinstriped barbarians

I wouldn’t normally advocate it, but reading Conservative Home is fun at the moment.
The comments are full of despair, confusion and dejection. The articles are quietly asking if they’re about to come third to the LibDems (seats)/REFUK (popular vote).
Stirring stuff.

Even more amusing that the article on there, speculating about a possible third place for the Tories, was written before the D Day kerfuffle.
Oh happy days.

This made me chuckle.

Andrea Jenkyns losing her seat would because of Reform splitting the vote would make me laugh.
-
• #8239
She’s going to lose Leeds South West & Morley due to Labour getting over 50% of the vote, absence of REFUK wouldn’t save her.

Glorious
He must be so tempted to fuck it all off and go back to California

The notion that he might be deliberately sabotaging things has been mooted. More likely, though, is that he only ever looked remotely competent in comparison to the rest of the shit-show BJ left in charge of the party, that he's always been this useless and the challenge of the election is exposing it more than ever. Still, the scale of the stupidity on display has been boggling.

Theoretically, could Sunak resign as leader of the tories, but stay on as PM for the next 4 weeks?
-
• #8247
Yes. That’s what John Major did with his Back Me or Sack Me gambit, albeit not during an election campaign.

I've been reading Con Home for a while, do this to read intelligent stuff outside my echo chamber (Unherd too).
As a centre right, one nation Tory site it has been weighing in to the Tory Party since Johnsons demise (which kind of defeats my original reason to read it)
And the comments are mostly reasonable too

Fuckity-bye.
completely agree; the OP seems to have overreached here, unless there is a substantial litany of Jess Phillips' grifting crimes to which we remain oblivious?
Edit - ok so it's just going to be about JP resigning from the Corbyn show. This, being the fall of the Tory Party thread, isn't really the place for all that carry on.
