And today, the minister against women said that protestors harassing women outside abortion clinics are just there to 'comfort them'. She's probably angling for Suella's job.

She's so good to watch

The [racist] minister for food is called Mark Spencer. Like Marks and Spencer!!!

And Robert Jenrick back on breakfast news defending the indefensible, it's like a greatest hits show now
-

I heard Tory Boy Jenrick on the Today programme. Barely disguised loathing of the questioning.

Ha ha. No, but I basically had to lock down and limit social media and online activity. And being in a small room of colleagues and not being on the Internet all day made me lose my need for it.
I didn’t really come back here until covid lockdown, to play bike tag. -

The briefings against Suella this morning are pretty spectacular.

Matt Hancock oh my days.
-
• #2060
Unbelievable, Jeff.

The book was already a stupid idea just as the COVID enquiry is collecting evidence, but JFC has he got no friends?
-
• #2062
He’s had the whip withdrawn.
-
• #2063
What is Suella B paying him?
-
• #2064
Got a link? I’m not seeing this story

I was a Tory MP, get me out of here.
Outstanding

I hope he catches several embarrassing tropical diseases...

"You might have thought he might be a gentleman err ... slightly wary of hidden cameras."

He's either getting voted straight out or he's going to be eating kangaroo balls nightly for a couple of weeks.
This might be the first time I ever tune into I'm a Celeb.

Matt Hancock adding some slapstick to the story. But "Get me out of here" must be something most Tory MPs are thinking.

Looks like it’s gone down well with his constituency party:

What is Suella B paying him?
So much this, deadcat to distract from more important stuff.
-
• #2073
That is so good!
-
• #2074
I don't think Matt Hancock understands we want pantomime villains to behave as if they were responsible for thousands of deaths, not actually be responsible for actual deaths.

It amazes me that the roles of an MP are so loosely defined that you can fuck off for an indefinite period of time and not trigger a by-election. If 99.9% of the working population told their boss they weren't going to show up to work for a few months to appear on Love Island or whatever they would be fired.
