I don't think Matt Hancock understands we want pantomime villains to behave as if they were responsible for thousands of deaths, not actually be responsible for actual deaths.

It amazes me that the roles of an MP are so loosely defined that you can fuck off for an indefinite period of time and not trigger a by-election. If 99.9% of the working population told their boss they weren't going to show up to work for a few months to appear on Love Island or whatever they would be fired.
