THG said the move is as a result of the closure of its OnDemand division. The Manchester Evening News understands that THG is also closing ProBikeKit, which it bought in 2013.

I'm surprised PBK is even at risk, even if standards have dipped a bit recently they have been a pretty big in the discount online space for many years. Personally, I've been buying off them since 2005. This is a bit sad to hear.

Selling at discounted prices is all well and good, but if your customer service teams refuse to deal with any warranty issues then fuck them

Ah well, that's them on the list then.
Ordered some tyres last week and received an email this morning to inform me they haven't sent my order with no reason given and no revised ETA either. 6 days from order to let down email after initial 3-4 day delivery time given. Pbk have gone from decent to flaky to dog shit pretty quickly. I've cancelled my order and won't waste my time ordering from them again.
