Nice.
I'm guessing that the seat tube was only reamed 4 inches. With the right tool you could go further, removing some of the material inside the tube. -

Up for grabs is this great 60cm steel track frame that i've never been able to ID.
All I know is that it's got suntour dropouts and the forks have a small crown decal on them, and it seems likely to be late 80's – no idea what tubing it is but I'm sure someone with a good eye could work it out.
It's fitted with an unknown square taper BB and the headset is part campag, part omas. There's some small markings to the paint on the down tube and forks, but the top tube, chainstays and seat tube all have protector tape on them. It'll come with the currently fitted short 3TTT quill stem, and an unbranded short seatpin.
Forks are undrilled, so pls bear that in mind
The only quirk with this frame is that – for reasons i've never been able to work out – seatposts can only fit roughly four inches into the seat tube, so ideally it'd fit someone around 6'2 as there isn't much room for adjustment. I've cleaned the seattube multiple times but never been able to get a seatpost past that point. It may need internal scouring with a steel brush; I'm sure a decent bike shop could help diagnose and fix it, just never gotten round to it.
Pic of frame and build pic included in attachments, give me a shout if you'd like any additional pictures.
