Absurdle gives the impression of picking a single secret word, but instead what it actually does is consider the entire list of all possible secret words which conform to your guesses so far. Each time you guess, Absurdle prunes its internal list as little as possible, attempting to intentionally prolong the game as much as possible.

I'm lost for words with absurdle. I have no clue how it works, but got my first two words in 7 tries. And you can play it all day? My therapist says no!

You can bias the end word through your first word guesses, because they definitely wont be correct. Using all the vowels within the first two guesses, forces it to pick at least one from the second word.

Using the most common letters significantly reduces the remaining pool of words

I genuinely think trying to reverse guess other peoples wordles is more fun than wordle itself.

I also find that because I cannot spell IRL, this game is reminding me that words are spelt very differently to my imagined spelling.
