Yesterday's absolutely flummoxed us for ages.

I was Wordled for most of the day. It sent me in a spiral of despair. I was considering taking English Language A-level as a mature student until I twigged what the end of the word could be.

Really need to turn on hard mode as i rarely take tactical guesses

I think it helps if your vocabulaty is limited though.

Controversial opinion - getting the word in 1 or 2 is just luck. The purest test of wordle excellence is consistently getting it in 3 on hard mode.

I’d say that’s largely accurate.

Hard mode is a lot harder I think, I had real trouble today. Got it in 6.

Took me a while to realise it was number 200. Was racking my brains to think what your second guess was if it was today's word!
