Also BB7 with Jagwire Road Elite Link is really good (based on using the bike as a big kick bike)!
Also Andreas suggested that as I had multi-use in mind, that I could add splitter and cable guides for Rohloff so I did.

Took it for a couple of loops around the parking lot. Initial thoughts is that big tires are fun and that the combination gevenalle+Shimano DA and SRAM X5 works really well.
The tires are "out of true" but I'm hoping that inflating to maximum pressure will solve that.
Will take it out for a shorter shakedown tour before I leave and return for Christmas (hopefully with a disc brake adapter). Will also leave bar tape untill then. What I have now is orange lizard skin, maybe black would be better?

Where exactly in Roubaix are you building this? Building my own frame is still on my list and Roubaix is "just around the corner".

I believe he did a 5 day bicycle building workshop at LaFraise Cycle. My gf booked me in for April next year. Canβt wait ! @SasenFrAsen btw was it really to short to add internal cabling for the frame?

I think considering the time everything that I added took, internal cabling wouldn't have fitted in the time plan. We were usually in the workshop from 9 to 19:30 ish. If id skipped the fork maybe?
Also I personally prefer external because of ease of installation, the screw on guides on the down tube are really nice and removable if I chose to run it SS.
I don't think running a frame bag would be a problem but I understand that it's maybe not the most gramable choice.

So shakedowns ride done and it's a fun bike. It handles everything I can throw at it technically, but I think I'll like some more flaired bars. Also a lot of room for bigger tires (pictured are 57mm/2.3") and I think that I wanna try it with Schwalbe Ice spikers and flat bars come winter.
Also would like to see what it feels like with the sliders all the way front and some 38 mm tires, but that's for next summer

Yes! Unfortunately PMW didn't have all the inserts I wanted so I had to factor that in when buying wheels, and I didn't manage order a PM->FM adapter (my brain has been eaten by children). Furthermore the f***ers at FedEx took 22 days to deliver my wheels from Hunt..
But today everything arrived. Will build the rest up tonight when the kids are asleep, one day before I go back home π
This is how it stands as of now
